1009.1 The AAR for each budget source shall submit, in electronic format meeting the requirements of EPA's Electronic Data Reporting (EDR) convention, emissions and operations information for each calendar quarter of each year pursuant to standards specified in 40 CFR Part 75, Subpart G, or in any other suitable format the Administrator approves.
1009.2 The owner or operator of a budget source shall provide the Administrator, in the same quarterly reports, and in a format consistent with the EDR as specified by the Administrator, NOx emission data in lb./hr for every hour during the control period and cumulative quarterly NOx emission data in pounds.
1009.3 Budget sources subject to 40 CFR Part 75 shall submit the quarterly reports required under subsections 1009.1 and 1009.2 to the Administrator as part of the quarterly reports submitted to the Administrator for the purpose of compliance with 40 CFR Part 75.
1009.4 Budget sources not subject to 40 CFR Part 75 shall submit the quarterly reports required under subsections 1009.1 and 1009.2 within thirty (30) days of the end of each calendar quarter.
1009.5 When a budget source is permanently retired, the AAR for the budget source may file with the Director a written request for a retirement exemption from the requirements of this section and §§ 1007 and 1008. The request shall identify the budget source being retired, and the retirement date. If the Director approves the retirement exemption request, he or she shall send the written approval for the retirement exemption, which may contain any conditions the Director deems necessary, to the AAR.
