101 INSPECTION
101.1 The Mayor is authorized to make inspections of premises and records of operations as may be necessary for the enforcement of this chapter, either with the consent of the owner or operator of the source or in execution of an administrative warrant issued or approved by the Superior Court of the District of Columbia pursuant to D.C. Code §11-941 (1981).
