716.1 Admission fees, club dues, and donations to cover expenses incidental to the promotion of the recreation program, and not met through public appropriations, may be authorized by the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation.
716.2 The Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation shall establish a uniform method to govern the control, collection, and distribution of fees, club dues, and donations.
716.3 All funds collected from activities supervised or authorized by the Department shall be deposited in the miscellaneous trust fund under the control of the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, and shall be expended and audited in accordance with Public Law 534, 77th Congress, and rules and regulations governing trust funds.

716.5 The following shall be fees for providing and maintaining recreational facilities.
Facility rentals for private parties, meetings, and events are subject to availability and space allocation.
Staff overtime cost will be applied to reflect the actual cost of staff hours related to the permitted site if activity occurs during non-duty hours.
