2012.1 No person shall act as a referee for an event without a referee's license issued pursuant to this chapter.

2012.2 An applicant for a license as a referee shall pass a written or oral examination administered by the Commission which tests an applicant's knowledge of the rules governing events of the type which the applicant is qualified to referee.

2012.3 An applicant for a license as a referee shall pass a medical examination conducted by a licensed physician approved by the Commission.
