EDITOR'S NOTE: Subsection 2003(pp)(36) of D.C. Law 12-261, the 'Second Omnibus Regulatory Reform Amendment Act of 1998' repealed paragraph 43 of section 7 of An Act Making appropriations to provide for the government of the District of Columbia for the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and three, and for other purpose, approved July 1, 1902, which set forth the general licensing law provisions governing fortune tellers, mediums, clairvoyants, soothsayers and palm readers.
