APPLICABILITY
9000.1 This chapter applies to applicants for and holders of a registration to practice as a dental assistant.
9000.2 Sections 4001, 4004, 4005, 4006, 4012 and 4013 of chapter 40 of title 17 of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations supplement this chapter.
