Denial, Cancellation, or Revocation of Trade Name Registration

8909 CHANGES IN REGISTRATION, CANCELLATION, AND FILING REQUIREMENTS
8909.1 An amendment to a trade name registration shall be filed with the Department when a change occurs in any of the following:
- (a) The true and real name of a person conducting a business with a trade name registered under this chapter; or
- (b) The mailing address set forth on the registration or on any filed amendment; or
- (c) A transfer occurs.
8909.2 A notice of cancellation shall be filed with the Department when use of a trade name is discontinued.
8909.3 A notice of cancellation, together with an application for registration of trade name shall be filed when:
- (a) An addition, deletion or any change of person or persons conducting or transacting business under the trade name.
- (b) There is a change in the wording or spelling of the trade name.
