8906 REGISTRATION WITH OTHER AGENCIES

8906.1 Trade name registration with other agencies of the District of Columbia including the Alcoholic Beverage Regulation Administration or the Office of Tax and Revenue does not satisfy the requirement to file with the Department.

8906.2 Trade name registration with the Department may not satisfy the legal requirements for registration with the Alcoholic Beverage Regulation Administration or any other District agency.

8906.3 A trade name registration with other agencies of the District of Columbia does not preclude any person from filing the identical trade name with the Department.
