8905 REQUIRED REGISTRATION FOR MASTER BUSINESS LICENSE

8905.1 Unless exempt under section 47-2851.2 of the District of Columbia Official Code, each person who files a trade name application shall have a master business license or concurrently file a master business license application.

8905.2 If an applicant for a trade name registration is required to have a master business license, the trade name registration shall not be issued until a master business license application has been approved.
