8900.1 Each person who carries on, conducts or transacts business in the District of Columbia under any trade name shall register that trade name with the Department.

8900.2 The Department shall provide to each person a form to register any trade name.

8900.3 Upon receipt of a properly completed application for trade name registration and fee payment, the Department shall register the trade name.
