Definitions

7699.1 As used in this Chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed:
Act means the District of Columbia Health Occupations Revision Act of 1985, effective March 25, 1986 (D.C. Law 6-99; D.C. Code § 2-3301.1 et seq.)
Applicant means a person who applies for a license to practice respiratory therapy pursuant to this chapter.
Board means the Board of Respiratory Care, established by § 214 of the Act (D.C. Code § 2-3302.14).
