LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIPS FILING FEES

606.1

The following fees shall be charged for filings by limited liability partnerships:

1. (a) Statement of qualification: ninety-nine dollars ($99);
2. (b) Certificate of good standing or status certificates: fifty dollars ($50);
3. (c) Certified copy of filing: fifty dollars ($50);
4. (d) Biennial report: three hundred dollars ($300);
5. (1) Late fee: an additional one hundred dollars ($100);
6. (e) Reservation or transfer of name: fifty dollars ($50);
7. (f) Registration or renewal of name: two hundred dollars ($200);
8. (g) Change of registered agent by entity: fifty dollars ($50);
9. (h) Change of name or address by noncommercial registered agent: fifty dollars ($50);
10. (i) Foreign registration statement: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);
11. (j) Amendment of foreign registration statement: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);
12. (k) Withdrawal of registration of registered foreign entity: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);
13. (l) Withdrawal on dissolution or conversion to non-filing entity other than limited liability partnership: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);
14. (m) Transfer of registration: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);
15. (n) Termination of registration reinstatement: three hundred dollars ($300);
16. (o) Reinstatement after administrative dissolution: three hundred dollars ($300);
17. (p) Statement of merger: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);
18. (q) Amendment or abandonment of statement of merger: two hundred twenty

dollars ($220);

(r) Statement of interest exchange: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

(s) Amendment or abandonment of statement of interest exchange: two hundred twenty dollars ($220);

(t) Statement of cancellation: two hundred twenty dollars ($220); and

(u) Statement of amendment: two hundred twenty dollars ($220).
