The Director shall charge the following fees pursuant to section 64 of the Limited Liability Company Act of 1994, effective July 23, 1994 (D.C. Law 10-138; D.C. Official Code § 29-1063):

1. (a) Filing an application for registration as a foreign limited liability company: $200;
2. (b) Filing articles of organization: $150;
3. (c) Filing articles of merger: $150;
4. (d) Filing articles of amendment: $150;
5. (e) Filing articles of correction: $150;
6. (f) Filing articles of dissolution: $150;
7. (g) Filing articles of cancellation: $150;
8. (h) Filing a certificate of correction referred in section 57 of the Limited Liability Company Act of 1994, effective July 23, 1994 (D.C. Law 10-138; D.C. Official Code §29-1062): $150
9. (j) Filing a petition for reinstatement: $150;
10. (k) Filing a statement of change of registered agent: $35;
11. (l) Filing a statement of change of address of the registered office: $35;
12. (m) Filing an application to reserve or to renew the reservation of a name for use by a domestic or foreign limited liability company: $35;
13. (n) Filing a notice of transfer of a name reserved for use by a domestic or foreign limited liability company: $35;
14. (o) Filing a statement of fictitious name by a foreign limited liability company: $35;
15. (p) Furnishing a certified copy of any document filed under the Limited Liability Company Act of 1994, effective July 23, 1994 (D.C. Law 10-138; D.C. Official Code § 29-1001 et seq.): $35;
16. (q) Filing a 2-year report for foreign and domestic limited liability companies: $150;

(r) Filing a 2-year report for foreign and domestic limited liability company after deadline: $75; and

(s) Filing restated articles of organization (domestic): $150
