4703 APPLICANTS EDUCATED IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES
4703.1 The Board may grant a license to practice acupuncture to an applicant who has completed an educational program in a foreign country, who demonstrates to the satisfaction of the Board the following:
- (a) That the program is substantially equivalent to one of the programs required by this chapter and the Act; and
- (b) That the applicant otherwise meets all the requirements of this chapter and the Act.
4703.2 An applicant under this section who does not speak English as a native language shall be required to receive a passing score on an English competency test approved by the Board.
