3101.1 The following classes of licenses shall be issued to qualified applicants in accordance with D.C. Official Code §§ 3-405(e) and (f) (2012 Repl.):
- (a) Funeral Home Establishment;
- (b) Funeral Home Establishment – Surviving Spouse; and
- (c) Funeral Home Establishment – Estate.
