112 RECONSIDERATION OR REINSTATEMENT

112.1 A person whose application for a license or renewal of a license has been denied or whose license has been cancelled, suspended, or revoked may, by filing a new application accompanied by the proper fee, request the board or commission to reconsider the matter.

112.2 Upon showing of cause satisfactory to it, a board or commission may issue the license or renewal of license.
