103 HEARING NOTICE PROCEDURES

103.1 If the person concerned does request a hearing as required in §101, the board or commission shall, within twenty (20) days following receipt of the request, notify the person concerned of the time and place of the hearing.

103.2 The hearing shall be held by the board or commission not more than sixty (60) days nor less than thirty (30) days following the date of service of the notice, unless specifically stated otherwise in the Act.
