3625 MASSAGE ESTABLISHMENT INFRACTIONS
3625.1 Violation of the following provision shall be a Class 1 infraction:
D.C. Official Code § 47-2811 (operating a massage establishment, Turkish, Russian, or medicated bath, without a license).
