617 FINES

617.1 Pursuant to D.C. Code §§ 43-306 and 310, a PSP that fails to comply with any lawful requirement or order of the Commission shall be subject to a fine of $ 300 for each day that the PSP willfully fails to comply with the Commission's order or directive.

617.2 Operation of a pay telephone without first registering the instrument with the Commission shall subject the PSP to a fine of $ 3,000.
