4703 NATURAL GAS SUPPLIER EDUCATION WORKSHOP

4703.1 Natural Gas Supplier Education Workshop. All Licensees shall complete the Natural Gas Supplier Education Workshop (Workshop) sponsored by the Commission. Successful completion of the Workshop by the Licensee shall be evidenced by a certificate issued by the Commission.

(a) A Licensee’s Regulatory Contact or Representative responsible for the Licensee’s compliance with the Commission’s rules shall take and complete the Workshop within the calendar year, if it has not already done so; or in the case of a Licensee granted a license in the relevant calendar year, that Licensee’s Regulatory Contact or Representative must take and complete the Workshop within ninety (90) days following the award of its license. Thereafter, the Licensee’s Regulatory Contact or Representative must take and complete the Workshop every three (3) years by April 1^st of year three (3) following its initial and subsequent participation in the Workshop.
