This chapter establishes the Public Service Commission's (Commission) rules and regulations governing the Renewable Energy Portfolio Standard (RPS) applicable to an Electricity Supplier as provided in D.C. Official Code §§ 34-1431 through 34-1439 (2010 Repl. & 2011 Supp.).
