9301.1 The objectives of the Partnership Program are to:

1. (a) Utilize the expertise of the private sector to protect and increase affordable housing;
2. (b) Leverage private funds to develop affordable housing;
3. (c) Ensure long term availability of affordable housing;
4. (d) Encourage mixed income development and in mixed income communities; and
5. (e) Support other District of Columbia housing initiatives.
