6506 ANNUAL INSPECTION

6506.1 Each occupied unit shall be inspected annually by DCHA. A written notice of inspection shall be given to the tenant at least two (2) days in advance.

6506.2 Tenant-caused damage discovered during this inspection shall be assessed the tenant after completion of the repairs in accordance with § 6503 of this chapter.
