702.1 In the MU-4/RC and MU-5A/RC zones, the maximum permitted height of all buildings or structures, not including a penthouse or rooftop structure, shall be as set forth in the following table:

702.2 In the MU-5A/RC zone, a building shall be permitted a maximum height of fifty feet (50 ft.), not including a penthouse or rooftop structure, provided fifty percent (50%) of the additional gross floor area made possible by the height bonus is devoted to low and moderate income household units, as defined by the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD).
