703.1 In the R-1A/WH and R-1B/WH zones, except for public recreation and community centers, the maximum permitted lot occupancy for all structures shall be thirty percent (30%); except that:
(a) Structures on lots between five thousand square feet (5,000 sq. ft.) and six thousand six hundred and sixty-seven square feet (6,667 sq. ft.) may occupy up to two thousand square feet (2,000 sq. ft.); and
(b) Structures on lots less than five thousand square feet (5,000 sq. ft.) may occupy up to forty percent (40%) of the area of the lot.
703.2 In the R-1A/WH and R-1B/WH zones, the maximum permitted lot occupancy for public recreation and community centers shall be as set forth in Subtitle D § 210.1.
