10080.1 With the exception of penthouse habitable space approved by the Zoning Commission pursuant to Subtitle C § 1506.3, the provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any building approved by the Zoning Commission pursuant to a planned unit development if the approved application was set down for hearing prior to March 14, 2008.
