414.1 With the costs of providing new transportation facilities on the rise, the District must constantly look for ways to reduce travel demand and more effectively use its existing and future transportation systems. This section of the element addresses Transportation Demand Management TDM, curbside management and parking, truck and motor coach movement, and travel information.
