809 DISHONORED CHECKS

809.1 In accordance with D.C. Code § 1-357 (1999 Repl.), a charge of fifteen dollars ($15) shall be imposed for dishonored checks received in payment of an outstanding advance or any portion thereof.

EDITOR'S NOTE: Pursuant to the authority vested in the Mayor under D.C. Code §1-357(a), the fee for dishonored checks has been increased to fifty dollars ($50.00). See section 108 of this title.
