D.C. Mun. Regs. tit. 1, § 806
806.1 If an advance payment for travel is not collected by the traveler at his or her official duty station, the payment shall be mailed to the address designated by the traveler on the payment voucher.
806.2 The traveler shall ensure that the address indicated on the voucher is correct.
806.3 In no case shall a request to use imprest fund monies for advances be honored.
