Notice of Meetings

601.1 The Department shall publish in the District of Columbia Register a notice of each meeting at which it will consider proposed construction codes pursuant to D.C. Law 5-15.
601.2 Each notice shall contain the following:
- (a) The date, time and location of the meeting;
- (b) A brief description of the meeting agenda;
- (c) A time and location at which interested persons can obtain copies of or review the codes; and
- (d) The address to which written comments on the codes may be sent.
