600.1 The purpose of this chapter is to establish procedures by which the Board and the Department shall implement D.C. Law 5-15, the 'District of Columbia Construction Codes Adoption Act of 1983.'
AUTHORITY: Unless otherwise noted, the authority for this chapter is section 3 of D.C. Law 5-15, the 'District of Columbia Construction Codes Adoption Act of 1983.'
