2925 RENTAL HOUSING CASES – CALCULATING
DEADLINES
2925.1 The Rules governing calculating deadlines are found in Section 2812. The timeliness of any appeal to the Commission shall be governed by the Rental Housing Commission Rules in 14 DCMR § 3802.
