1212 STIPULATIONS
1212.1 The parties may stipulate in writing at any stage in the proceeding, or orally during the pre-hearing conference or evidentiary hearing, any relevant fact or the contents or authenticity of any document.
1212.2 Post-conference stipulations may be received as evidence.
1212.3 Parties may also stipulate the procedure to be followed in the proceeding and such stipulation may, on written or oral motion of all parties, be approved by the Presiding Member and govern the conduct of the proceeding.
