Judicial review.

  1. (a) A party contesting a determination of the Commission on Human Rights shall have the right to judicial review as provided by § 2-1403.14.
  2. (b) A party contesting a final decision of the Director shall have the right to judicial review as provided by 4 DCMR § 121.

Applicability

Section 301 of D.C. Law 22-124 provided that the changes made to this section by D.C. Law 22-124 shall apply as of October 1, 2017.
