Conn. Gen. Stat. § 30-37o
(a) The Commissioner of Consumer Protection shall issue a farmers' market sales permit to the holder of a manufacturer permit issued under section 30-16 upon submission of proof to the commissioner that such holder is in compliance with the permit requirements established in subsection (a), (b), (c) or (d) of section 30-16, as applicable. A farmers' market sales permit issued under this section shall authorize the sale of products manufactured by the manufacturer permittee during an unlimited number of appearances at a farmers' market, at not more than ten farmers' market locations per year, provided the holder of such permit:
