DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION Colorado State Board of Education RULES FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE RATING – Repealed eff. 04/30/2010 1 CCR 301-75 [Editor’s Notes follow the text of the rules at the end of this CCR Document.] _________________________________________________________________________ The Education Accountability Act of 2009 (article 11 of title 22) repealed the section of law, § 22-7-604, C.R.S., authorizing the Department to assign academic performance ratings to school based on the “CSAP penalty” and weighted index.
