With the passage of SB07-215, which repealed former statute regarding online program requirements, and with the promulgation of the 2008 Rules for the Administration, Certification and Oversight of Online Programs (1 CCR 301-71), the repeal of 1 CCR 301-56 is necessary in order to comport with current statute.
