DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES Colorado Parks and Wildlife CHAPTER P-6 - PROCEDURAL RULES - Repealed eff. 11/01/2017 2 CCR 405-6 [Editor’s Notes follow the text of the rules at the end of this CCR Document.] _________________________________________________________________________ Basis and Purpose:

This chapter is being eliminated with previous P-6 regulations being moved into other Parks and Wildlife chapters. Specifically, “#600 Declaratory Orders” is being combined with the declaratory orders section within Chapter W-16, creating one “Procedural Rules” chapter for both sides of the agency (Parks and Wildlife). All of the hunting special use permit regulations for Lone Mesa (#601) and Golden Gate (#602) State Parks have been moved into Chapter P-7 since they are a type of customer permit and logically should be located in that chapter.
