Rules that update terminology to conform to the changes made to the Custom Processing Meat Animals Act, § § 35-33-101 et seq. and the transfer of authority of Home Food Service Plans to the new Sale of Meat Act, § § 35-33.5-101 et seq. are now found at 8 CCR 1202-12 under the Inspection and Consumer Services Division.
