1. (a) To receive an ELAP payment, the participant must submit:

   1. (1) A timely filed acreage report in accordance with §§ 1416.106 and 718.101 through 718.112 of this title; and

   2. (2) The following to the FSA county office by March 1 after the end of the applicable program year:

      1. (i) A notice of loss;
      2. (ii) A complete application for payment; and
      3. (iii) Any other documentation required by this subpart.
2. (b) If additional information is requested by FSA to verify the producer's eligibility or losses under this subpart, the producer must submit the requested information by the later of March 1 after the end of the applicable program year or 60 days after the date of the request.
