Approved programs shall be posted for public reference on: https://www.ams.usda.gov. Such postings shall include:

1. (a) Program name and contact information;
2. (b) Products or services covered under the scope of approval;
3. (c) Effective dates of approval;
4. (d) Control numbers of official assessments, as appropriate; and
5. (e) Any other information deemed necessary by the Administrator.
