As prescribed in 511.204(b)(5), insert the following clause:

Maximum Weight per Shipping Container (JAN 2010) In no instance shall the weight of a shipping container and its contents exceed 23 kilograms (51 pounds), except when caused by— (1) The weight of a single item within the shipping container; (2) A prescribed quantity per pack for an item per shipping container; or (3) A definite weight limitation set forth in the purchase description.
