48 C.F.R. § 46.801 – Applicability.

(a) This subpart does not apply to commercial products and commercial services. This subpart applies to contracts other than those for—
1. (1) Information technology, including telecommunications;
2. (2) Construction;
3. (3) Architect-engineer services; and
4. (4) Maintenance and rehabilitation of real property.
