1. (a) This section applies to the reports required under—

   1. (1) 2 CFR 200.327 (Financial reporting); and
   2. (2) 2 CFR 200.328 (Monitoring and reporting program performance).
2. (b) A grantee shall submit these reports annually, unless the Secretary allows less frequent reporting.

3. (c) The Secretary may require a grantee to report more frequently than annually, as authorized under 2 CFR 200.207, Specific conditions, and may impose high-risk conditions in appropriate circumstances under 2 CFR 3474.10.
