Each operator of a waterfront facility handling LHG must ensure that—

1. (a) Equipment is repaired so that—

   1. (1) The equipment continues to meet the applicable requirements in this subpart;
   2. (2) Safety is not compromised; and
2. (b) Welding and cutting meet NFPA 51B (incorporated by reference, see § 127.003).
