The draw of the East 79th Street Bridge, mile 2.20, at Miami Beach, Florida. The draw shall operate as follows:

1. (a) Monday through Friday (except on Federal holidays):

   1. (1) 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. the draw need only open on the hour.
   2. (2) 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. the draw need only open on the hour and half hour.
   3. (3) 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. the draw need only open on the hour.
   4. (4) 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. the draw shall open on signal.
2. (b) Saturday, Sunday, and Federal holidays the draw shall open on signal.
