1. (a) In general. This part contains definitions of certain terms used in this chapter and the regulations under which the PBGC makes various controlled group determinations.
2. (b) Title IV coverage. Coverage by section 4050 of ERISA is not and does not result in or confer coverage by title IV of ERISA.
