The liability of a surety on a bond required by this part will be terminated only as to liability arising on or after:

1. (a) The effective date of a superseding bond;
2. (b) The date of approval of the discontinuance of business of the brewer;
3. (c) Following the giving of notice by the surety; or

4. (d) In the case of a brewer who applies to terminate a surety bond under § 25.106, the date that TTB approves the brewer's application under that section.
