NHHBG funds may be used for the provision of management services for affordable housing, including:

1. (a) The preparation of work specifications;
2. (b) Loan processing;
3. (c) Inspections;
4. (d) Tenant selection;
5. (e) Management of tenant-based rental assistance; and
6. (f) Management of affordable housing projects.
