Development of Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP's).

- (a) On or before January 1, 2010, each official establishment shall develop, implement, and thereafter maintain written sanitation standard operating procedures (SSOP's) in accordance with the requirements of this subchapter.
- (b) SSOP's shall be developed in accordance with 9 CFR section 416.12 (2006).
